Shifts in the working environment and changes in team dynamics have impacted us all. Many of us are working remotely, worker shortages and employee turnover are high, and the challenges everyone experiences line up with what entrepreneurs experience.
These challenges include never-ending to-do lists, working all hours, increased autonomy or risk, the need for frequent adaption to change, home office disruptions and distractions, thoughts and feelings of being overwhelmed, and expanded levels of trust and accountability with team members. Six virtual-live cohort meetings, three hours each, plus three individual coaching sessions over five months.
