The world we work in has changed. 

Shifts in the working environment and changes in team dynamics have impacted us all. Many of us are working remotely, worker shortages and employee turnover are high, and the challenges everyone experiences line up with what entrepreneurs experience.

These challenges include never-ending to-do lists, working all hours, increased autonomy or risk, the need for frequent adaption to change, home office disruptions and distractions, thoughts and feelings of being overwhelmed, and expanded levels of trust and accountability with team members. The Program Structure

  • Coaching: Identify relevant issues contributing to productivity toward your objectives.

  • Reflection and Practice: Examine mindsets, actions, behaviors, and motivations by applying the Growth Framework.

  • Community: Benefit from diversity of thought gained from multiple perspectives in the cohort and unbiased feedback on challenges.

  • Strengthen empathy and compassionate leadership skills necessary for today’s workplace.

  • Gain efficacy in hosting in-person and online “conversations that count” for your organizational goals and your personal goals.  In other words, you will examine and improve your communication as related to the outcomes you desire.

  • Accelerate immediate change through coaching.

  • Six virtual-live cohort meetings, three hours each, plus three individual coaching sessions over five months.
