Technical AI and engineering pathways

TECH-2116 weeks

Cybersecurity

A sixteen-week offensive security pathway opening with a shared foundation in operating systems, networking, ethics, and lab isolation. Learners move through reconnaissance and enumeration, web attacks, exploitation and automation, Active Directory attack paths, privilege escalation, and command-and-control, closing on purple teaming and detection-aware offense. Security+, CySA+, SecurityX and MITRE ATT&CK calibrate the build; the pathway does not award them.

Who it's for
Emerging security engineers, technical learners moving into security roles, universities, workforce partners, and employers building offensive security capability.
Problem it solves
Partners need security training where learners work hands-on against real systems and can also explain, detect, and defend against what they did.

Course profile

Problem solved

Curriculum that turns interest into usable capability.

Partners need security training where learners work hands-on against real systems and can also explain, detect, and defend against what they did.

What learners produce

Artifacts that can be inspected, coached, and improved.

  • Lab build and rules of engagement
  • Exploitation and privilege-escalation walkthroughs
  • Purple-team validation report
  • Capstone engagement report

Why license it

Built for delivery, adaptation, and local relevance.

  • Regional cyber workforce pathway
  • Employer security talent pipeline
  • University applied security track
  • Public-sector cyber capability building

Course architecture

What the course covers.

Each LevelUp course combines practical instruction, guided application, and evidence of learning that partners can adapt to local economic priorities.

  1. Module 01

    Foundations, ethics, and lab isolation

  2. Module 02

    Recon, scanning, and web attacks

  3. Module 03

Exploitation, Active Directory, and privilege escalation

  4. Module 04

Purple teaming, detection-aware offense, and capstone

Learning outcomes

What participants can do afterwards.

  • Run structured reconnaissance and enumeration
  • Exploit web and network targets in an isolated lab
  • Map and traverse Active Directory attack paths
  • Write findings a defender can act on
