Initiative architecture
Initiatives are where the model meets delivery.
LevelUp initiatives are named for the outcomes and collaborations they advance: training leaders in AI, leveling up engineers, building technical pathways, and funding the system around them.

Four initiatives
What is running now, and what is being built.
Each initiative has its own partners, delivery format, and status. Status is stated as it stands today, not as it is hoped to stand.
Advisory and training
AI transformation
LevelUp works with organizations to move leaders, teams, and institutions from AI curiosity to workplace capability — through AI at Work, the AI Leadership Implementation Intensive, AI Mini MBA-style learning, governance, workflow redesign, and internal champions.
Applied AI pathway
AI.SPIRE
The Applied AI and ML Systems pathway running in Jordan. Learners move from Git, Python, and SQL pre-work into predictive modeling, NLP, RAG, knowledge graphs, APIs, Docker, monitoring, and capstones partners can inspect.
Pathway platform
Darb.Tech
The platform holding LevelUp's applied technical pathways in Jordan. It begins with AI.SPIRE and is being extended into cyber defense, digital forensics, and AI security systems.
Funding and oversight
Future Skills Fund
The funding mechanism and operational oversight layer supporting the current AI.SPIRE pilot, through the Crown Prince Foundation ecosystem in Jordan.
How they connect
Initiatives are the visible edge of the wider system.
Each one draws on the same capability areas, the same curriculum, and the same partner model documented elsewhere on this site.
Capability area
Build talent systems
AI.SPIRE and Darb.Tech are the delivery expression of this pillar — education connected to employers, capital, and institutions rather than run beside them.
Curriculum
The courses behind the initiatives
Every initiative is assembled from the same catalog of programs across four capability areas, which partners can also license and run themselves.

Next step
Bring an initiative to your region or organization.
Employers, governments, funders, and institutions can partner on delivery, fund a cohort, or license the underlying curriculum.
