Initiative portfolio

Initiatives are where systems strategy turns into visible work.

LevelUp is Seattle-based and works globally. Its initiatives are named bodies of work — training leaders in AI, building applied technical pathways in AI, cyber, and digital forensics, opening emerging tech and investing to more people, helping wine producers and founders grow, and funding the system around them. Each is the same operating logic fitted to a particular set of partners, priorities, and constraints.

What is running, what is being built, and what is delivered.

Each initiative has its own market, partners, delivery format, and status. Status is stated as it stands today.

Applied AI pathway

AI.SPIRE

The Applied AI and ML Systems pathway, delivered in Jordan and completed in July 2026: 48 learners certified, 12 deployed capstones. Learners moved from Git, Python, and SQL pre-work into predictive modeling, NLP, RAG, knowledge graphs, APIs, Docker, and monitoring. It is the proof point for how LevelUp designs technical pathways that other markets can adapt.

Cyber and forensics curriculum

Applied Cyber and Digital Forensics

A two-track curriculum in cybersecurity and digital forensics. The cyber track covers reconnaissance, web attacks, exploitation, Active Directory attack paths, privilege escalation, and purple teaming; the forensics track covers chain of custody, operating-system artifacts, unified timelines, memory and mobile forensics, and defensible reporting. AI-assisted triage sits inside the forensics workflow. It is being prepared for delivery in Jordan with Darb.Tech.
